Eva Air Hello Kitty trip TPE to SIN

We took Eva Air BR 215 from TPE to SIN onboard the famed Hello Kitty jet.
It runs several times a week between TPE and SIN.

At Taoyuan Airport waiting for the delayed flight due to the typhoon two days prior.
Gave us lots of time to explore the airport.

Terminal 2 certainly has lots of Hello Kitty themed exhibits!
Even the check-in counter is Hello Kitty themed. :)
Boarding pass was also Hello Kitty themed.

 There is also a nice Orchid garden similar to the one in Changi T2.

 The flight was delayed for over 2 hours.
Finally the Hello Kitty plane pulled in, so glad there wasnt an aircraft switch!
We got the "Sanrio family" plane.

The flight took about 4 hours and had very little turbulence.
 Flight was packed full in Economy but quite empty in Premier Economy and business class.

 Even the IFE welcome screens were Hello Kitty!

 Very nice set of pillow case.

 A card was passed out showing the meal choices which were chicken pasta or beef stew rice.
I chose the beef stew.
Supposedly the kids meal was even more branded and some adult  Hello Kitty fans special order the kids meal.

 Eva Air really did the Hello Kitty branding very well!
Almost every item on the plane was Hello Kitty, including the serving aprons worn by their FAs.

The food was quite decent for an airline meal.
lol, the beef stew even had a little carrot ribbon.
The chocolate cake dessert was tasty!

The Eva Air FAs had a really grumpy attitude and smiles were non-existent.
Quite different from the KE FAs.
